3 Easy Steps to prevent your chocolate from arriving melted
Although our packages are shipped in insulated liners and with cold packs, there still is a slight chance of melting. Follow these steps to ensure your chocolates stay beautiful.
1. order early
Due to COVID delays, USPS/FEDEX are taking much longer to delivery. We only ship Monday-Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Expect your package to arrive Thursday-Saturday. During warm months, we package your beauties in insulated boxes and ice packs.
2. Keep a look out for the tracking Information
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Track it daily, hey, even multiple times a day if you wish. It is important to know when your package is out for delivery so you can expect it.
3. Meet your Chocolates as soon as they are delivered
Our beauties LOVE attention. Please don't make them feel lonely by leaving them on your doorstep, in the mailbox, or worse.. in the hot sun. Bring them in as soon as they are delivered.
REMEMBER: Everyone who supports this independent woman-owned business knows we are not a shipping company. Therefore we ask you to promise to meet your beauties when they arrive. Please be our part in this responsibility.
4. Put your chocolates in the refrigerator or freezer as soon as you unbox.
If the ice has melted and the box is no longer cold, try not to touch the chocolates our take them our of their box. Put them in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes so they harden.
REMEMBER: Our chocolates are best eaten at room temperature.
